SCHOOL UNIFORM

We feel that it is important for our children to wear school uniform as it encourages them to take pride in their appearance and in being part of the school community.

Our school colour is bottle green, with white polo shirts, white shirts or blouses with our
school tie in green and gold. Sweatshirts, polo shirts, pinafores, fleeces and
hats with the school logo embroidered on them are available from the Uniform
& Leisure Shop in Morecambe.

Grey or black skirts for girls and smart black or grey trousers may be worn by both boys and girls. In summer, girls may wear green and white checked cotton dresses, and boys are encouraged to wear grey or black school shorts. School shoes need to be black in colour.
Footwear must be safe and suitable for outdoor play as well as indoor; no fashion boots or
high heels please. Trainers are not permitted as everyday footwear.

A Sports Kit should consist of a plain, house-coloured T-Shirt or a logo embroidered one, a pair of plain, dark coloured shorts ( dark green are available from the Uniform shop )and black pumps. For the colder days, a pair of green fleecy jogging trousers are available from the Uniform shop. Trainers can be worn for outdoor games.

Key Stage 2 boys and girls playing football require boots and shin pads and may wear their own football strip.

Children representing the school in matches will be provided with a school team kit.

Waterproof coats and trousers are required for Forest School.

Jewellery:

Children may wear one pair of discrete stud earrings, that must be able to be removed in order to participate in Physical Education lessons and any sporting fixtures. Children may also wear a discrete watch. 

Multiple pairs of earrings should not be worn. Other jewellery, such as: bangles, bracelets and necklaces should also not be worn.
